2nd degree Checkmat bjj black belt Professor Josh Mancuso

The owner and founder of JM Modern Jiu Jitsu and the first Baton Rouge produced BJJ/Gracie Jiu Jitsu Black Belt and a holds a 2nd Degree Black Belt Certification from the International Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Federation. Also Josh has a Brown Belt in the art of Judo under Doug Fournet. Training jiu jitsu since 2006 and teaching BJJ for many of those years to hobbyist and competitors. Josh has competed in many jiu jitsu tournaments, super fights, and continues to stay actively competing. His passion is spreading jiu jitsu as far and as wide as he can. With the hopes of it touching others in the same life changing way it has touched him.
